Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you purchase. You can view shipping charges in your shopping cart as you are shopping. It will give you the exact shipping charge for the items you have selected.

How Are Items Shipped?

We use a variety of carriers depending on the best way to quickly get you your package(s). It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

When paying by credit card, your items will arrive within 5-10 business days from the order date. When paying by money order, your merchandise will ship when we receive your payment and should arrive 5-10 business days after that. Please allow the full 10 business days (longer if paying by money order) before contacting us about a suspected missing shipment. What Should I Do If An Item Arrives Damaged?

Save all packaging material and email us immediately at: MastenOnline@yahoo.com It may be necessary to have the carrier inspect the packaging to make a claim. If the item needs to be returned, we will issue a call tag and have it picked up.

How Do I Make A Return?

We will gladly replace any item with a manufacturer’s defect. Please email us at: MastenOnline@yahoo.com for a return authorization before returning any item. We cannot accept returns without a return authorization.
